Who We are

Cornerstone Roofing, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Owner James Latter and began with just five employees. Celebrating over twenty years of being in business, Cornerstone has grown to a team of more than fifty today. Based on your roofing needs, we will match you with either our Re-Roof Division or Repair Division, and our knowledgeable estimators and certified technicians will help guide you through the roofing process.

ADMINISTRATION

Our Team of Administrators is comprised of our President and Owner James; CEO Bill; and Office Manager Sara. We are here to support you throughout your Re-Roofing or Roof Repair process and answer any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

ESTIMATORS

Our estimating team is comprised of our Re-Roof Estimators James Latter, Dave Lundeen, and Michael Little who measure Residential and Commercial roofing properties (residential homes, schools, churches, townhome and apartment complexes, condominium associations, etc.). Our Re-Roof estimators inspect and measure roofs for replacement or repair (diagnose and estimate repairs to existing roofs, i.e. leaks, flashing repairs, skylight replacements, roof repairs and maintenance, etc.).

OPERATIONS

In our Re-Roof Division, our Operations Team is comprised of our Production Coordinator Kristy who schedules your Re-Roof project; Operations Manager Craig who manages your job from start to finish; our Quality Control Inspector Juan Carlos who inspects the roof upon completion; and our Health & Safety Officer Jack who keeps our employees safe while roofing.
